Designer Note:
Long sleeve short dress with collared neckline and full billowy sleeves. This dress consumes 9 meters of hand-dyed cotton voile fabric and takes 12 hours of sewing time to create the voluminous effect of the multiple cascading tiers. Finished with French seams.
