RETURN POLICY
At Macey Jane, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:
FULL REFUND:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- *All returns will incur a $15 flat-rate return fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.*
STORE CREDIT:
- Items returned after 15 days but within 30 days of the delivery date are eligible for store credit.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- *All returns will incur a $15 flat-rate return fee, which will be deducted before store credit is issued.*
RETURN PROCESS
1. Request a Return: Customers can now initiate a return directly through their order on our website using our self-service return system on Shopify. Alternatively, you can email our customer service team at erika@maceyjane.com with your order number and reason for return to begin the process.
2. Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
REFUND PROCESS
-For Full Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, minus the $15 return fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
-For store credits: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and, if approved, issue a store credit for the purchase amount, minus the $15 return fee, within 10 business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at erika@maceyjane.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
